★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services VERY BAD. For 12pcs of tenders and 1 medium fries i have to wait for 1 hours++. What kind of services is this?? Not only me waiting, there are few of us until one of the chinese lady wanted a refund. Its not a busy day..not even 10 customers waiting. Better ask them to shut down and change other shop. My no been skipfor 5 times. I will lodge a report. Im not happy. U better closed down the shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there few weeks ago for dinner. The restaurant provided quite a numbers of tables for customers to dine in but we are unable to find a seat during out visit. Not so many customers at that time, sadly almost all the table were filled with leftovers and paper plate & cup that have been left uncleaned by the previous customers. I understand they already put a note on the table to remind customers to clean up after their meal. But since the previous customers did not do the cleaning, the restaurant should do it laa & not just let the table unattended thus making the next potential customers like me thinking, are they planning to shoo away their customers?! Not good for business, really!

The spicy chicken tender taste worst ever. Please improve your food quality. Never ever come back here again!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently understaffed, there's usually only one counter open so when it comes to peak dining hours at lunch or dinner, so do expect a queue and prepare your order beforehand. The manager that took my order served me well; answered my questions politely and double checked my custom order. The chicken they gave me was from a freshly fried batch so no complaints there. Their honey butter biscuits are also nicely warm and buttery.
