★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via grabfood only to not receive one of my order. Orang dah lapar, nak makanan, tak nak refund!!!!!!!At least double check the orders before passing the food to rider. Menyusahkan orang!!!!!!!!Call pun tak reti nak angkat! Be like starbucks, manager was kind enough to call , admit their mistake and send a rider from their side to deliver the order .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complicated entrance and confusing guidelines. Entrance should come from inside mall not outside, it cost customer change their mind to have meal in other place because long walking distance. Hope have better guidelines on my next visit..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who really like to try something new, this is from TEXAS. Some tastes with herb and garlic. So far i like it but for biscuits have strong tastes and aroma. Skin of chicken so crunchy. Love it ❤❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full house and one working counter? Texas should take action on this ludicrousy. How can u set up 1 bloody counter on a Sunday with the place as crowded as it is. All menu items are not clearly displayed either so specials are not clearly communicated until u reach your turn and reach the front counter. This delays things even further.. Bloody funny service. The funniest thing? The moment it was my turn the lady said they only have chicken today! Nothing else! After waiting in the que for 20 minutes!
Texas chicken should take action on this franchise owner. I thought they had standards to keep up with but I guess it's all about money lol

Queued for a strawberry shortcake, but when arrived to counter staff said ice cream machine not working. I have wasted time looking for entrance and queue in this branch. Worst ever and will never come again. A complaint email will be send to HQ via email
