★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first visit to your outlet.( Seremban 2 Mydin) Your food is good but I was wondering why not many people on Saturday night. Now I see the reasons. The workers are not friendly and not welcoming at all. I see couple of foreign workers not serious in their job. This outlet need serious supervision.

We went there for lunch today (5/3/18 11.30am). There weren’t much customers besides us. Just two tables having a drink. We ordered food and drinks. It took your staff 45 mins to serve the food with no notice/apology to us. It made it seem like it was the normal serving time. What is your average serving time for food with 0 customers present?
Not a word of sorry was uttered from your two service lady staff. Not that I expect anything but isn’t that called courtesy?
A small piece of advice, you should reshuffle the staffing you have at that outlet. They are hopeless.
