I think it's very similar like KFC.
The fried chicken not crunch enough. The rest just average.
Soft drink free refill , that's something good for people who like to drink a lot.
The rest, promotion quite cheap .
Coffee not good.
So ... if I got other option ใใใใnormally I don't dine in texas chicken, unless ... I want to try their new menu.
Like today,I tried Mexico burger.
Not so special.
I'm still craze about McDonald's nasi lemak burger . It's the best special promotion /seasonal burger ever ( in msia)

โ โ โ โ โ Unfriendly staff. Probably overworked. Order a set meal that comes with mash potato and coseslaw... didnt bother to inform me that the coseslaw was finished and just gave two mash potato instead. and other times, the staff are just really unwelcoming and unfriendly.

โ โ โ โ โ This year, again Malaysia Day promotion but the price increased Rm$1 more than last year 2019 - Rm$6.90 ( all this kind of promotions is a gimmick ) See what I got? 2 small pc of chickens size smaller than usual....make me more hungry โน means I have to buy 1 more set? No, that'll be Rm$15.80 ( I can eat in a decent restauran with healthy foods ) Good thing is free flow of drinks make you full.....hate this outlet, small and hot in the morning. Always blocked by customers because self-service dispenser drinks is in front the shop.

โ โ โ โ โ This time the fried chicken was better than before. Fresh and crispy fried chicken and delicious butter biscuit. The free refill never disappoint too. The place were easy to come and the place kind of clean. The service was fast. Nice place to grab quick bites.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a sundae and drink because I ate already, ice-cream is good and drinks are free flow with some drink choices like Coke, Minute Maid, Heaven and Earth, etc. There's dine in here and not crowded.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice and organize store. Nice seating area. The food was always outstanding. Nothing can beat their chicken taste. But, the real winner is their staff. They steadily can handle rush hour and big crowd like champion. Kudos to all the staff. Keep it up!
