β β β β β This is not fast food but SLOW FOOD. YOU CAN SEE SLOW MOTION IN REAL TIME!!! Quality of food is so poor.. cold because of SLOW.. dont go there if you dont need to..

β β β β β My number was 1611. Kwai Loh was 1612. Kwai Loh got served first. We both ordered Whopper. Mine was with OJ while his was Coke. When Kwai Loh picked up Whopper and OJ, kwai Loh said ' I ordered Coke'.. Staff said 'sorry' and gave him Coke...without realising that was my order.
After kwai Loh left, next number called was 1613, 1614, 1615, 1616....till 1626. 20 minutes later, when I asked where's my order, staff realised his mistake . Staff went to the kitchen and cooked a whopper for me.
Not sure who to admire...kwai Loh for being the privileged one or me being a patient one. All I can say is ' Selamat Datang Ke Malaysia...Malaysia truly Asia'.
This is not the first time btw.

β β β β β So if you like having ur burger contents on the carton instead of the bun then this is the place for you. ..... the assembly of this burger was so sloppy that the dressing is covering the entire package. I ordered beef n I got chicken..... the only good thing was the drink, oh wait.... Half of the was ice,,,, so they practically served me water ..... my 2nd meal at Burger King and my 2nd disappointment

β β β β β Fast service. Very helpful staffs despite being short-handed during the time of visit. Attentively attended (& commendably delivered) on my certain fussy request without problems. An overall pleasant experience. Thanks BK Sunway Putra Mall! ?

β β β β β No idea, how the guy after me was served and left the store with his meal, we ordered the same thing. I asked for no "chilli ketchup and please put regular ketchup in the bag". I got 15 packs of chilli ketchup and dry fries. The burger to bun ratio is much smaller than it used to be, I felt like I was eating a bread sandwich. I said, to the girl serving me, "I do not want the drinks with my four burger meal, can exchange?". "No". "Okay, then don't make the drinks". I received two cokes. The guy is literally next to your shoulder. Junior whopper was better than the other bread sandwich.

β β β β β Iβve been to many branches of Burger King and this one was the worse so far!
First of all receiving my order took so much time, people were queuing and the staff were only abled to take a few orders at a time.
I received my order shortly which was satisfying, but then the burger didnβt taste as good as usual. The burger was tasteless and the buns were horrible unlike the other branches. My order usually had tomatoes and onions inside the burger, but i only had pickles and lettuce inside!
Itβs sad, Burger King is my favorite place and this branch made me hate it.
The cleaning staff were probably too short, that people had to put empty trays of previous customers on the shelf.
Shameful!

Picture look nice. But actual facts is mozerella nt melted, and burger feel cold.
