★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited at 9.30pm with wife and a 5 years old. Theobby are very Thai and cozy unique welcoming feels. We Ordered fullbody massage and for kids are for back and legs. They are well train Thai Masseuers. We are guided to 3rd floor by walking up the staircase. Quiet and clean and smell good. They should maintain it that way. Clean toilet. At end we enjoy the 1 hour massage and my kids love it as she no longer complaint of back pain..

I tried some times here (because this is the nearst massage shop) . Most of the massage therapists don't have enough skills...
At least please stop chatting loudly while in massage.

The Thai massage woman are very friendly and good. The counter service is very poor and do not have a basic manners ... very low class counter service, we mentioned to have a 60 minutes 4 in 1 massage, but when doing the massage it offer 90 minutes which we never wanted( feeling cheated) , it end up like wrong package , After i talk to the counter girl , she never apologize and still argue saying I am the one who requested to have 90 minutes massage. Sincerely, this is the first and the very last time I will visit to this massage shop( Thai Best Taman Segar ) ..and yet it never provide a receipt to us. Never suggest your family or friends to this massage shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 4-star for the lady who do the massage, but a-2 star for the counter lady.
I've shared that this is my first time visiting this outlet, and the counter lady did nothing, don't even bother to introduce me the package and facilities that they have.
No attempt on providing receipt after I made the payment. And she only provide me the receipt when I request for.
For me the counter lady don't really care about the service provided to the customers. No one guided me after I made payment. And I'm lost. Until the lady who did the massage come to me and guide me along.
I can see hospitality is living in the blood of the massage lady, but not the counter lady.
There is no secure or safe place available provided to store our bebelongings. And the counter lady has been keep reminding me that I have to take care of my own belongings & they are not responsible if any lost happend.
This tells me that I have went into a place that I am seeking for relax moment, but couldn't make myself relax due to I have to be alert with my bags.
Overall, massage is good.

This is among the best spa experiences I've ever had and I still can't believe I had a 2 hour massage for less than $20.
From the moment you enter the tranquil lobby, the receptionists and masseuses are eager to welcome you into the spa experience. It's a peaceful place in a small neighborhood, however, it's clearly marked from the outside. Guests receive plenty of water, a robe and slippers. The rates are among the most affordable in the world for the premium, professional quality.
Pro Tips:
- Book a 2 hour deep tissue massage
- If you haven't experienced an authentic Thai massage, this is the place to do it
- Thinking of a couple's massage! This is a great place to come with a close friend or your partner. My husband and I had a phenomenal time here!

But I was very disappointed on this visit. 1st we are take foot massage packets, after that we are add again 1 hrs body massage. I was started early then my friend AT LEAST 15Min... As cashier inform that person massage my friend still serve with previous customer. My friends was willing to wait, but We was CAN'T ACCEPT your staff CHEATING my friend times. We pay 1hrs body massage price, but just get 45min massage. I WANTED TO MENTIONED IT THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIMES YOUR STAFF CHEATING MY FRIEND TIMES. I have feedback to cashier, she has apologize to me, BUT I can't accept is she "saying:" We was never received this kind of feedback" But on your record book has record the times started massage. It was can proven that your staff is CHEATING MY TIMES.
