★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Choices of food are less, the remaining always out of stock.... Seafoods that not fresh at all... Chocolate chips ice cream with no chocolate chips but "cockroaches chips" inside....Bad air ventilation.....What an amazing shop??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience to have dinner here. Food prepared insufficient and didnt care about hygiene. Cockroach found dead and alive in the ice cream. Ice cream remans empty since we walked in and refuse to refill. Same thing goes to the meat. Called thaibuffet didnt prepare enough food. No nxt time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the place offers a wide range of choice of food, it comes with too many drawbacks:
Food:
The "clear soup" offered has almost no taste at all, and the resupply rate is dreadfully slow for meat. Oh and, the circle-shaped meat either burns or can't cook well most of the time, not sure whose problem is this. Didn't try their tom yam soup though, I expect it to not be any better, just spicier.
Infrastructure/cleanliness:
The time I went there there was someone talking about there being a cockroach in the ice cream.
Oh and, there is no smoke exhaust for any table, which made the enviroment quite smoky and generally a bad place to eat in.
The 2 in 1 bbq and hotpot pot have some issues, it sticks horribly and the space for hotpot is quite small, you can't even get a piece of seafood tofu to fit inside while immersed in the soup.
The refreshment:
They offered iced lemon tea, the first refill taste is quite nice, but afterwards it was similiar if not same taste as normal water, extremely inconsistent. Not to mention that it took forever for the tank refill to be done in the store when it is depleted.
Sauce provided:
Only three type of sauce is provided, which is thai sweet chili and thai-style chili sauce... And soy sauce? Tastes okay but those are definitely commercial store bought, not a complain, though, just that three types are quite lacking.
Do I recommend this place? Maybe not, but still, its quite cheap for a hotpot place.
