โ โ โ โ โ Been here since 2 year ago, and never facing any bad service as recently. The staff at counter is changed and attitude of some of them is horrible( I mentioned the cute chubby one ?), they asked for 5RM charge for SOP, itโs fine to support business now aday but I guess theyโre better if she( the chubby counter staff) should improve her communication. Btw the massage is good as always but the counter staff ?

โ โ โ โ โ In my whole life, this is first place I took massage. I came with my friend because of his compeltion. But I felt really worth and good, the lady who massaged is more than 50+ and did very professionally and friendly.

Masseurs are originally from Thailand and their technique and strength are satisfying.
Recommended..price is fairly expensive but worthwhile! U shall give it a try!

โ โ โ โ โ I dont recommend hereโฆthis will be my first and lastโฆThe massage was very very very bad. 1 hour for foot massage, but they only took about 40-45 min only, not even for one hour foot massage. The therapist is so roughโฆ. i cant feel the massage, they wear rubber gloves and scrub my leg, thats all i felt. I even can scrub by myself.
RM5 extra is charged for SOP purposes, but the therapist not even wearing apron, face shield, charges for only the white sheet to put below our leg. I dont think RM5 is reasonable. Its so expensive.

โ โ โ โ โ I booked a session for foot massage last weekend for 4 people at 10pm. We booked 2 days in advance and the guy told us it was confirmed. Just half an hour before our session, he texts us to tell us that the masseuse can only do our massages at 10.30pm. It was clear that they had accepted too many walk-ins and did not plan their timing well.
Yes it was only a half hour difference, but we had other plans later and we felt this was MOST unprofessional of this place. Especially since it was booked 2 days in advance and for FOUR people and we had been looking forward to it so much. The outlet offered us a measly apology, but no proper solution or remedy to the situation. I would say AVOID AT ALL COST!

โ โ โ โ โ I was looking for foot reflexology but this place offers only foot massage.
I had foot massage and additional neck & shoulder massage. I love my neck and shoulder massage. It really got me screaming in pain. ? it was a good pain though. Would come back for more neck and shoulder massage in the future.
I recommend if you like relaxing massage, you can come here. Place is big. I do not know if they have private room or not, luckily when I was there, I was the only customer.

โ โ โ โ โ The massage is nice but there are hidden charges like additional RM5 for SOP stuffs used which makes me feel upset. I understand SOP is important and good for us. But it is upset to me when the price listed on the menu was not the price we are to paid and the staff will say, this price is to add another RM5. Not so good customer experience to hear this.
