★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to chill and relax after a busy day at work. The bubble tea also is highly recommended. Plenty carpark nearby, no need to worry about it. The owner and staffs are very friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable and affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Royal 9 Milk Tea at the shop, informed the staff twice no ice no sugar. But when reach home and consumed, it taste like full sugar. Called the shop few times want to feedback on this but nobody pick up the phone call. Wasted the drinks and my favourite jelly ball as I have to throw away the drinks due to too sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beverage is brilliant, even the experience was fantastic. I rarely consume boba tea, and the staff was patiently introduce and recommend me few beverages that I would like, the customer service was excellent but he ordered the largest portion for me without asking, and I was like: Aiya, nehmind lar.
Even though I couldn't finish it but still, thumbs up for the pleasant customer service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air conditioned. Waiters and waitresses are friendly and helpful. Drinks are a bit pricey but worth a try. I have been there a few times and the toilets are always a bit dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cool place for a cup of cold ice tea on a hot afternoon.
Newly open and always see people queue up at the front for tea. No table service, please order, pay and collect your drinks at the front counter.
According to the poster, they are using fresh milk and natural sugar cane sugar. And it's origin is from Taiwan. The staff here also speak in Taiwanese slang.
Price is reasonable and about the same as Starbucks pricing.
