★ ★ ★ ★ ★ crazily jam every morning, every afternoon and every evening . ( so which mean almost all time) during the school time because it is next to the school, and only one small road access to the other road.
And the surrounding with poor rumah setinggan, the polluted unlicensed factorys (or maybe got license, but its too dirty ) and some new office block/factory..
seriously not an ideal place to live .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sooo dissapointed in buying this condo. MASSIVE TRAFFIC JAM even with less residence. Imagine if all unit got tenant, it would be a nightmare. And.. I CANNOT OPEN MY WINDOW because it is soooo polutted! Even aircond make it sucks!
