★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very bad experience. The service was extremely poor or rather slow. The food was nothing great. I was given wrong order which they corrected later. The chicken was stale that I couldn't eat and the beans were too matured that I could hardly chew. I ended up ordering something else since I was hungry. But I think all these happened because they were under staff. I think the management should take this seriously. Other customers who were there experienced different issues as well. Clearly, there were lots of unhappiness.

Had to wait to long for waiter to clean up the table and take my order.
Besides that kitchen closed around 10pm +/-, my request to extend kitchen hours at least up to 11pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non-existent service during lunch. My parents, daughter and I were going around trying to find a suitable place to sit because the table seating and positions were weird. The whole time, no one attended to us. We don't even know of there's any staff working the floor. After a while we just walked out to another outlet nearby and received instant service at the door itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best places to dine in with friends and family to chill out with couple of beers ?. They serve pretty good western food like chicken chop should definitely try it. Beers prices are standard and fast service and staffs are quite polite too. Management may improve on one as aspect for the staff to wear a certain uniform that differentiate from customers because some may confuse. The place is very well designed and hygienic. Nice atmosphere too. I'm sure many people within Rawang area has visited this place for those who haven't, definitely worth a try. (Non Halal)
