★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today (4th May), I was there with my family. We usually treat ourselves at Uncle Don's, Puchong. As today we were at Rawang area, we planned to eat here. First issue was, we had to wait for nearly an hour for our food to arrive. But it's not a big issue because the guy working there did mention there will be a delay in preparing our food. So that's fine. Secondly, there was lack of choices in the menu as most of the dishes were out of stock. Lastly, both the food and drinks were not up to our expectations. To be honest most of the dishes we ordered were tasteless. The chicken chop was too salty not to mention. Same goes with the drinks where they just tasted like plain water. This is not something we experience at other Uncle Don's but it is as I mentioned at Uncle Don's Rawang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coldest fries ever in my life. Being told that it was prepared upfront by the kitchen. Received many complaint but the kitchen is still continuing with this practice.
First time ordering German Pork "Steak" but I am getting a "minced" pork chop instead.
The waiter and waitress were very helpful which helping this store out in getting extra bonus point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regret not taking photos of the food. Very frustrated and disappointed with this branch. The worst branch that I have been. Waited for 20 minutes for plain water to be served and 1 hour 15 min for food to be served. On a working lunch day and the restaurant bbarely had 4 customers.
Food was very cold and lamb chop was raw. Cheese sauce didn't taste fresh. Aloha chicken barely had the cheese topping. Really regretted going to celebrate birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor food quality and taste. Nothing compared to the uncle dons it used to be. Ordered grilled chicken- chicken was quite tasteless and looked slightly raw. Nachos price has doubled but quantity is somewhat the same or has reduced. Fries were hard and does not tastes nice. Very disappointed with the food quality, however 5 stars to your waiters for being very polite and helpful which was the only good part of our visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok but fries are all cold. Very disappointed. The menu are mostly out of stock. Food preparation is soooooo long that eating a dinner require almost 2 hours for 5 main courses. Not worth your time. Portion is small even for my kids. Sigh. What a disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The carbonara was really good,the fish fillet wasn't very fresh though....yet still edible.... The ambiance is peaceful l, calm, and the waiters are indeed polite as far as I know. Only issue is that there is only very limited menus because quite a number of dishes are always out of stocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the ambience and the service there. The place was spotless but the chairs inside were a little uncomfortable for me. The food was spot on and served on time! The drinks were as amazing as the food and the portion sizes were perfect for our bellies! Very systematic service over there and we would definitely return for a second or third visit!! Perfect spot for taking shots for the gram too!

Lack of manpower. Lack in handling customers. Lack of handling food orders.
I went this restaurant with all my family members, only half of us get the food we ordered. Another half received after 45min.
Waited for cutlery for another 10min.
Foods are not well cooked.
