★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, just terrible. I have been a loyal supporters due to its shampoo in particular but this CNY when I went there the promoter was so unfriendly and rude to my 4 year old. Whatever it is I am very diapointed as she acted very unwelcoming to my family. Seriously considering to change shampoo after so many years. No wonder the shop so empty.
