β β β β β Went to OTWC at Queensbay on 2/2/2022,when arrived nobody to cater our pax,eventhough just few customer inside. Then,the waiter trying to fit in a customer behind me when im the first come. Then,while we are confrming our orders,they asked us to switch table to gabe it to another pax. What are they thinking? There goes my mood that day. Poor service and co ordination overall. Im a regular here before but this is too much.

β β β β β A great place to have some food or a cup of tea/coffee in the middle or at the end of your shopping at Queensway mall. I personally prefer the white coffee (that is actually not white! but I think the way it is roasted has to do with its name) and some potato curry if I am hungry, Prices are reasonable for QB. It is in the basement and is in a high traffic area of the mall so you can watch people as well :)

β β β β β The fried chicken and the sambal is surprisingly nice. The black sauce hor fun is quite good to eat. But to eat this kind of food in Penang with this price is kinda unacceptable.

β β β β β Spciy tomatoes chicken rice bowl taste good. The sambal tasty too. But the portion bit less. Whenever want to drink white coffee, can drop by here for a cup of it.

β β β β β OTβs Chinese new yearβs Menu by the far the most overpriced least-tasteful options Iβve ever encountered.. which is a bummer because OT serves great stuff. Please go easy on the prices - it is slowly reaching high end restaurants- and improve your cuisine taste especially on famous occasions.

Seriously the company needs to realize that staff training is important

β β β β β One of the few restaurants we can think of for Halal food. Of course their white coffee is highly recommended. Ordered dried noodles (cant recall the name) and half boiled eggs and they were both nice!
