★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this klinik in wangsa maju outlet, i seriously dont know how they operate this klinik . I went to this so call pertama klinik and do my body check up and x ray . When i entered i ask them can i do it right now and take the report . They say can but they say have to wait until 3pm because they don't have the stamp (i was very curious ,how come a doctor dont have a stamp , after i ask then only they tell me the doctor haven't arrived yet .if doctor haven't arrive jist say it .do it professionally not give customer wrong information.) Fyi i was there around 2pm . Ok fine i will wait . 3pm , i did my body check up 15 minutes done. The doctor also not friendly ask me why i so urgently need this document. Hey , i do it at klinik of cause i want it fast , moreover the staff there also tell me can be done today . Then after check up , the staff told me cannot done by today need to wait for tomorrow. I felt cheated . And also from the beginning i had ask what is the price they told me rm105 but afyer payment is rm110 giving wrong information again. Then one day latwr i went to klinik and take my documents , the sraff ask me whether i take the xray file already or not yesterday. Damn you dont know your customer asset taken ? And you ask back the customer? Then i say no , then the staff find for 15 minutes never show up , and ask me to come back tomorrow. What? What kind of services is this ,i purposely come here and pay so much. , And you keep making mistake ? After i go back home , they call me and tell me they had already found the file. I really dont how they operate the klinik . No second time . Highly not recommend this klinik .

Covid-19 swab test prices: RTK RM150 (results within same day), PCR RM250 (within 48 hours) but if you need the results urgently RM380. Expensive but personally I didn't mind paying more to get it done urgently because it is important for me to find it out as soon as possible. The swabbing was quick and painless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor administration service. I did COVID swab test and I should get the result 1 hr later. After 4 hrs, I called the clinic, the clerk said that she couldn't get through my email. She confirmed my mobile no and promised me to whatssap the result instead 1 hr later I still havent get the result, so I went to the clinic to ask for it. The clerk blame me to not give the right email address (I am very sure that I give her the right one. I double check!). Let say I gave the wrong email, she should have the courtesy call the patient to nofity, that's the reason why they ask for my mobile no during registration!). But instead they keep quiet and never whatssap me after I called them. I asked her why I didnt get any msg from the clinic, the reason is that she is busy. She doesnt even apologize for her mistake and carelessness!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to this clinic at pv12 and its very dissapointing service given from the clinic staff.Im having throat inflammation and I cant speak at all.since my company wanted us to use healthmetric app for claim and cashless purposes (which they are the panel clinic) ,I showed them that I have this app.since doctor advised me to do rapid test,they said I cant use it and have to be paid by cash.Fine,thats what I did for rm150. Then result is ready and they asked me to consult doctor again.she prescribed me with a lot of medication which I dont think i need all of them. after that,I waited for another 20mins but no one called out my name yet for medication collection.I asked the staff at the counter and she said wait. Fine,I wait again.finally its ready and she missed the MC and all they care is asking for payment.so I showed the app again.for goodness sake,she told me they cant edit the entry and said that I should have shown the app to use it and ask me use it next time.hello???? I have showed the app when u guys asking for the first payment!!!There were like 2 patients only that time and u dont even be bothered to ask again??how am I suppose to know when im not feeling well already,can hardly speak.this is so frustrating really. Whoever wanted to visit this branch,my advice is,think again. Money seems more important to them really.
