β β β β β Very slow service due to insufficient number of workers. Only one choice of chicken availble and others as usual, NO SUPPLY. However, the staff worked hard to help customer. Long 30 mins queue even restaurant is at ~30% occupancy. Find other nearby branch.

β β β β β This is the 4th time i tried to enjoy TCRS here... And again, they deny it by informing they're closed as the other 3times. It's 8pm and closed? Might as well close the branch there. ALWAYS DISSAPOINTING. Never gonna visit that branch again

β β β β β Went for lunch with family and there were plenty of empty tables. We requested a table with cushioned seat because of my mother's medical condition. However, the supervisor rejected and he only offered a table that is isolated from the others. I noticed that the tables are all filled with one special race and they are not happy with our presence there hence the supervisor didn't offer the table we requested. Really disappointed with this treatment. What a racist people...
