★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main problem is the management of The Chicken Rice Shop itself in Malaysia. Please train your staff so that they can provide good service to customer. The food in KL East are Awesome the worst part is only the service . Manager PENGKID are not well trained no manner at all. Customer pay for the FOOD please serve with proper manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service (Which is paid) ever... I'm a regular but every single time i come here it's the same... I have to wait at least 10 minutes just to get my menu and another 10 minutes just for me to order my food... The only reason i keep coming here is the lunch deal is under my budget... if there's any better choice I'd pick it over this in a split second... Please do better, Your food is good but your service make people lose appetite and interest coming here...

I would like to give you some suggestions. I went to your outlet in KL East Mall this morning (11:00/27.05.2022). I got a seat and would like to place my order. I applaud your effort to replace the physical menu with the digital menu. However, I experienced a hard time accessing the digital menu due to a slow internet connection. Hence, please consider preparing a physical menu as a backup, in case customers cannot access the digital menu.
Secondly, please advise your staff to be friendly and welcoming. What happened was, I was irritated by the attitude of your staff who was in charge of the counter - a lady with a short haircut, wearing a yellow uniform. As a person whose responsibility is to greet, welcome and attend to customers in a friendly manner, she failed to do so. Such rude behaviour should never be displayed in front of customers.
Since there's no menu to access and I was irritated by your staff's behaviour, I walked out of the restaurant. Therefore, please consider to provide physical menu when required (especially your outlet is located on the lower ground floor, so slow internet connection) and please train your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointment! I had expected and looking forward to eating here, only to find out the service is terrible.
The staff was no where to be seen. Everyone was hidden at the kitchen.
The manager who is pragnent was also oot of sight. She should be attentive and be at sight, so customer can get the attention.
Unfortunately, even with a huge wave the staff didn’t even bother to look and ran off. One of us had to get up and literally go to the staff! What kind of service is this? This is not self service.
When the food arrive, the server just put on the table and quickly rush.
The server who took our order had to repeated many many times of the order. (It was just an extra rice! And the other 2 rice was already included in the meal!) ??♀️
Oh man. Chicken rice shop please give them some training.
There weren’t many customers and I have no idea why they are hiding and no many grab orders as I didn’t see any drivers queuing like others chicken rice shop.
The manager need to step up or change as it is down to the manager’s responsibility to improve their staff.
They all seem like they don’t want to be there at all!!!
The taste was really really salty, amount was definitely less then other chicken rice shop.
They didn’t clean several tables. They didn’t even bother to wipe the table after taking away the previous’s customer’s plate. Bad SOP!
Well I will definitely won’t be going back here and just go to my usual chicken rice shop.
