Tak berjaya nak aturkan sistem utk mempermudah dan mempercepatkan customer yg dah sah2 boleh nampak dgn mata dah panjang beratur tapi team macam buat tak kisah . takde manager agaknya utk manage team . Masa menunggu punyala lama . Kami sbg customer bole faham , Hari minggu org mmg ramai tapi management pun mesti alert la . Customer dtg beratur panjang2 , kena tggu masa lama. Customer dah duduk , bila xakap dgn staf , eh customer kena balik. memang kat chicken shop ni takde polisi utk mengutamakan customer yg setia beratur tggu u all serve kami ke ? so dissappointed becoz saya dan seisi keluarga adalah peminat setia CRS. Hanya sorg staf nama Ms Amalina saja yg meet up service point dgn layan dan serve dgn senyuman dan lemah lembut. yg lain semua no komen ! i am not happy dtg restoran CRS kat mitsui ni ??

 Service too bad kat CRS kat mitsui ni. management slow. Unsuccessful in setting up the system to simplify and speed up customers who are already legitimate, they can see with their eyes that the queue is long, but the team doesn't seem to care. I don't have a manager to manage the team. The waiting time for the lights is long. We as customers can understand, there are a lot of people on Sundays, but the management must also be alert. Customers come in long queues, they have to wait a long time. The customer is seated, when he talks to the staff, the customer has to go back. Indeed, in this chicken shop, there is no police to give priority to loyal customers who line up to serve us all? so dissappointed becoz me and the whole family are loyal fans of CRS. Only the sorg staff named Ms. Amalina met up the service point with service and served with a smile and gentleness. The others are all no comments! i am not happy dtg restoran CRS kat mitsui ni ??
The food is super delicious. Nice shop. Best price . just my team bg 1 bintg je

β β β β β VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. That one malay lady with glasses staff is superrr rude she even told me&my family to βberambus (she literally said this. Wait sorry. She shouted straight to our face. In front of many other customersβ
She let us stand outside for an hour while theres 4 empty tables inside.
Very bad. CRS shud do something about this.
