★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This staff is superrr rude!! She shouted at us because we sit without her permission (didnt cut the q & we just sit in the restaurant after waiting for an hour. We didnt mind if dont take our order first. We just wanna sit cause too tired of standing) she shouted & even said ‘taknak makan sini boleh berambus’ :( sobs. So i didnt eat there lah. Worst experience & will never eat at any chicken rice shop branch anymore :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love chicken rice from Chicken Rice Shop. I love the noodles too. But that was from The Chicken Rice Shop at Great Eastern Mall Ampang.
We had lunch at this chicken rice outlet at Mitsui. We both ordered noodles. We were very disappointed. The noodles had that strong funny taste which will definitely turn off your appetite. The wanton were cold and the top had dried and hardened. I can myself cook so I know when a cooked wanton had been left for a long time in a room. The soup was already cold and you can dip your finger in the soup without feeling the heat. The chicken was also cold and hard(roasted).
It was a very disappointing experience. The staff were not friendly at all. When they came to take orders the look on their face show how reluctant they were to be there at all.
Service was very slow. How is it the outlet owner don't know the situation. Is he too busy counting profit not knowing the staff working at this outlet is destroying the Chicken Rice Shop reputation.
