★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These was far beyond my expectations. I love tcrs for so long but now on, definitely turn me off. Level of cleanliness was totally worst! U can see those cutleries was not clean at all. We got to reclean before use. Wash basin was out of order and we have to use their kitchen sink which u may see how unorganised their outlet indeed. Foods esp chicken wasnt fresh at all. It seems like reheat food which not tender and quite hard. As u feedback to the service staff, they just gave you the 'ooo look' and oo ok.. Thats it! Not to return..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food quality is based on standard chicken rice shop taste. To me the food is tasty. Some people prefer the different chicken rice style. But it seems that TCRS is tailored towards chinese style. Which is great.
For this specific restaurant: The floor was sticky and oily for some reasons. Haha. At that time lahh.. maybe now the floor is clean.

The rice was cold, n even the chicken fritters was undercooked, hand wash basin out of order, cleanliness teruk ... Soup was cold n smell like it was spoiled, we requested to change it,the 1st waitress was like' oooh okay' then continued sweeping the floor, ? frustrated we approach a second waiter he changed it bt it still arrived the same... Waste of money,..... Please improve or either close the branch down...
