★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with The Children's House Bukit Jalil.
We had scheduled a meeting with the principle (Abigail) at 10 a.m. (30th Dec 21) to run through all the details and payment, but she didn't show up, and no arrangements had been made with the duty staff.
My wife and I were (together with our kid) asked to wait outside the entrance while the staff figured out what to do about it... after they granted me access... the first thing they came to me was the credit card machine for payment... that's it and without even explaining anything!! Not even an apology for letting us waiting outside the centre.
This is not a childcare service, and I'm concerned about what will happen to my child if I send him to this irresponsible centre.
