★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee bean pastries are better than starbucks. I’m wrong. This coffee bean outlet serves the worst pastries. I was happy when coffee bean is opening in Kulim. Happiness turns into sadness&disappointment! Delivery time takes so long even the grab driver also complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a good experience yesterday on 26/3/22 around 4 pm. The cashier ,the staff even the manager on duty were very attentive , polite and friendly not to forget caring about the customer's need. Were there for few times and this branch never puts me down. They always exceed my expectation. The service is good. The foods and beverages is among the best in town. Kudos to all of them for the effort and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on Friday (13/5/2022) around @1.40pm with my son. Less people. Clean, staffs are friendly and explained well to my questions. Nice place to hang around with great beverages. Cake also taste good. Overall satisfied.
