★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a bad experience here..the story is I saw a staff stand behind the counter and I went to oder with him.He just standing there quietly dont even bother take my oder. Eventhough you are doing another task at least say you are working and ask your clique to take my oder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 ice blended drinks and a hot drink on 26 December and asked to have the ice blended drinks in a mug instead of the standard plastic cup. I make this request to reduce plastic waste. The staff in charge insists it could not be done. I find it extremely hard to believe as I've made this request at various CBTLs across the country and have never had a problem with it for almost 5 years now. I can only assume that it could not be done because they would then have to wash those mugs and that would indeed be problematic for a coffee shop to do - wash mugs. I will try my luck again today, InsyaAllah (God willing) but until I get a different answer, I believe this 1-star review is apt for this particular CBTL outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tables are often wet and the cushion chairs are dirty it's disgusting.
I came in quite often and the workers there don't put much effort in cleaning up the tables. You have this sense they just don't care. Not what I call competent or professional.
They have a small dustbin next to the counter where you pick up your coffee or food ... and suffice to say, it overflows A LOT. Disgusting.

☕Choose mocha 12oz ice blended. Really love their mocha taste.combination of little bit sweet chocolate and flavourful coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought hot caramel machiato but its sweetened a bit which usually bit bitter . TMI is that the sec cup of hazelnut latte does not filled full as the picture taken . Sigh.. . But this does not change my choice coffee of CBTL . Still love the taste just will not buy from cbtl aeon branch .

Caramel Macchiato always be favorite drink all the time.
I honestly love the great interior all over the place.
Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure! A memorable place to relax.
