★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy outlet. Always pack wrong item for food panda delivery. Order A will get B. Ordered 3 times, 3 times also wrong. Can't the manager read the order properly? Tried calling. Phone not working as well. A bad stain for a good brand. And if you guys notice, the taste is different for a standard KFC taste. Lousy!!

1. Not enough staff.
2. The staff incharge for cleaning is rude as he said the shop will be closed soon 9pm (during Ramadhan) while I'm eating.
3. Cleaning staff didn't clean well the table.
4. One of the staff in kitchen did not wear mask.
5. The chicken is so small as it is the leftover for the staff maybe.
Seriously it is the worst kfc outlet ever in Malaysia. What a shame ?

It's normal we order the food and pay the amount before the staff prepare the food for us.
After getting the food, we are so excited but it never last long.
We find the fried chicken is not as taste as KFC finger licking Good
We don't want to assume anything but we suspect the fried chicken was re heat and not fresh from the deep fried. We couldn't finish the food due to the taste. Pls check the food in front of the cashier before start eating.
