Male staff in purple uniform was so careless! Handing cutleries to consumer / diner!
Very bad service! From the staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s nice to have a CBTL here. Staffs were professional, and the minimal interior is great. Had Chicago Cheesecake and Carrot Cake, both were nice. Also tried their Chicken Pie, how very delicious!

Alot of confusion with orders and people around us were irratated as well. Cashier does not pay attention to the order as he forgot to add my son's meal on the order. Staff need to pay attention to who they serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST CBTL in Iskandar Puteri, Johor & some say in seluruh Malaysia. Excellent Staff services who served with warm cordial hospitality, efficiency & enthusiasm. Food is fabulous especially with a big spectrum spread of choices, very tasty, not too sweet but fresh & aromatic. Die die must try the Rendang Pie, Black Cherry Cheesecake, Muffins, Scones & Cakes. The beverages are superb. Love the ambience ... spacious, pleasant decor & furnishing ... yet cosy, comfy & clean.
I highly recommend anyone & everyone to dine here whether you come alone, with your loved ones, friends, neighbors, colleagues or with customers.
A big big TERIMA KASIH to Azizul, Aikal, Rashidah & the comel one (with a very long name).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on 15 May 22 with about 9pax in total. This entire Eco Botanics area is rather new I guess; internet connection is horrible in the cafe. WiFi password is provided per drink. We tried getting Grabs at the area but to no avail. The only plus point, is that that place is secluded ... If you're paranoid about Covid, then this is the place for you.
However, note that is it super difficult to get Grab from this area ... Probably got to wait till there is access from Singapore-JB second link ...
