β β β β β By far the worst cooking class. The cups were dirty and kitchen utensils wasn't that clean to begin with. The chef was very rude and her comments was just nonsensical. For the price paid, I expect better services and better treatment especially in terms of politeness. We are paying to attend cooking class and not to be treated rudely.

β β β β β It's a cooking class but they make it like master chef. We went there for team building, but is in total rush due to the time given by chef. Imagine 5 person need to squeeze one table with limited utensils & pots, and yet we need to prepare 3 courses meal for 5 person! most of us doesn't have much experience in cooking! The chef only demo for the main dish within 5 mins! how can a beginner learn how to cook a main within 5 mins?! We followed the recipe given & the comment by the chef was horrendous. We pay to learn but i feel i was under pressure!

β β β β β Great place to cook with friends and colleagues. Engaged in their Culinary team building program with my team few days ago and everyone had a blast. Will be organising another session with the next department soon. I'll be back :)

β β β β β As someone who went for a few culinary classes at Cooking House, I am very satisfied. The chefs and staff there were friendly and helped me when I am in need of something. Since I'm an amateur, they were very accommodating and taught me the very basics from holding a knife and tips and tricks that are very helpful.

β β β β β Joined for company team building. We are supposed to cook for 3-course meals, however, the chef just demo 1 course meal in high level. Very bad services & attitudes - the staff are unfriendly and speak rudely to me when I ask them how to use the oven/microwaves since I am not familiar with their facilities. Stingy in providing the ingredients/ utensils - imagine we have separate into 6 teams, they just provided us 1 roll of kitchen towel! Other than this, I have requested for more mushrooms to cook as there are 5 of us in a team but the chef refused to provide more mushrooms even though we have paid RM200+ each person for the class. Very disappointed on their services & attitudes, I will definitely not coming back again. Not recommended for friend as well.

β β β β β Went for a culinary team building with colleagues and it was fun! The place is well equipped and the cooking challenge was exciting. We were given limited resources to plan our three course seafood dinner and we raced against time to complete our task in 90 minutes. We enjoyed the feast and great bonding time together.

β β β β β I have been attending classes at The Cooking House for the past few years. I've come to like and enjoy the environment there. Good service, I learnt many useful things from the chef like the proper way to hold a knife, special recipes from overseas chef, occasionally making friends with fellow goers and have always brought back useful recipes and the food made during class. Recommended from beginner to intermediate.
