★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guard are very rude. I went to meet a friend and when I enter the Guardhouse, the guard are so rude when asking questions and treat me like I shouldn't be there to meet my friend at lobby. What kind of management hired this kind of attitude guards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi-end residential super condo . Probably offering the lowest density of any residential complex in Penang with its 5.5 grounds. Directly overlooking the sea and providing 1st class facilities . The units avarage 6000 sq ft and each occupies an entire floor plate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Is a massive condo with individual flat space approx 6,000 ++ sq.ft. A fair number of owners have created nice homes. Most have settled for original basic fit out. Bear in mind that these flats were designed & built with the two main rooms , the lounge and master bed en suite, holding best sea facing views towards NNE direction. All other rooms are on the left or right off a central running corridor. Good for extra large families and lower prices p.s.f for similar properties in the area. "You pay's ya money and ya takes ya choice". Happy hunting?
