โ โ โ โ โ A cozy and good place to stay but unfortunately got people do homestay in this condo (this is residential title, not entitled for homestay). Hopefully they will not make the condo become low class condominium and maintain the safety/facilities even though someone rent as airbnb

โ โ โ โ โ Swimming pool is down after 15 mins of swimming? Funny management tell me it is because they wan to save electricity so turn off the entire swimming pool. Funny. Cheap places that i will never come back or recommend to anyone else. Btw, security guard not wearing mask so good luck for those who is here

โ โ โ โ โ Next to one of Ipoh longest natural hill at a tranquil location. Good location to stay if you love nature and at the same time within short driving distance to shopping center and Ipoh city. Hope good quality finishing on the condo unit.

โ โ โ โ โ BEWARE if you're planning to stay here via Airbnb, or even if you're visiting friends and family at this condo.
We made an honest mistake by parking at "Reserved" at night and forgetting to move the car after that.
The visitor car park is relatively far to the lift lobby, especially if you have a lot of things to unload. It is an open area, which means you have to be ready to walk a distance with all your luggages, under the hot sun or even when it rains.
The next day we missed the first call from the guard (we are on a holiday, of course we are not that attentive to our phones), rushed down after getting the second call (only several minutes later), and saw the guard clamp our car in front of our very own eyes, even though we came down already and offered to move our car (the car was not clamped yet when we came down to move it).
And then we were FORCED TO PAY RM 100 to unclamp our car.
AVOID staying here via Airbnb, and make sure you don't make a mistake in parking somewhere else other than the open visitor car park, or else be ready to get your vehicle clamped and BURN RM 100 in cash.
