★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've spoken to different ID and the moment I spoke to Ms Valen in person, I know she was really genuine and has really good design sense. Perfect makeover by Ms Valen and her team (Er Jie, Voon Chee) for my property at Bangsar South! They have been very genuine and sincere in assisting me from A to Z. Quick example, though aircond was bought myself but when the aircond had probs before the handover to me, they went extra mile and helped to sort it out (and it was public holiday!). They have done up my unit with fabulous design, matching with my high expectation and suits my targeted audience. Thumbs up to The Crafters team! I highly recommend them if you like a responsible and wonderful ID to help with your makeovers! Oh, and competitive pricing too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pretty sweet experience with The Crafters. An experience made even sweeter by Voon Chee. She was my only focal for the whole project, I do not need to talk to anybody else. One thing I would like to emphasize on is that she is able to be sufficiently thorough with details and systematic in planning, important factors for any successful project.
There were quite a few amendments made before and after the quotations was signed. Enquiries and question were attended to swiftly. Although there were many questions and changes, how many big or small, Voon Chee made no fuss about it.
Overall, I would rate The Crafters an 8 out of 10 from an initial 7. There were some shortcomings nonetheless, like the sofa came later than plan, vendor ran out of tables, cracked decorative ornaments, floor was dusty, etc. Last minutes changes had to be made. Luckily my focal point was able to propose reasonable solution to compensate for the compromise.
This company do attend to customers who wants to make their house their own unlike other companies that only carry out templatized renovation. However, be ready to match your niche with equal price.
All in all, if you are out there looking for a reno, I would recommend The Crafters, better yet, ask for Voon Chee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Crafters has done a distinctive job to my unit and the result is far beyond my expectations. Thanks to my sales consultant Ms. Voon Chee who has provide the utmost service to me and helped me to handle the hassle renovation procedures with my unit's management office.
Sales consultant is also very responsive and helpful since the beginning. They also provide the best recommendation/suggestion that suits my unit and to meet my requirements. They are willing to tolerate the customer requests and rectify/address any renovation issues promptly.
In overall, I love the result of my unit and they deliver my unit to me on time despite a very challenging timeline given. I would definitely return to them to design for my future units.

Whatever ID you like they also can provide for you. Most important is their services, best of the best in the industry so far for those I have engaged with. Special shout out to Voon Chee for managing the whole process flawlessly and answering to all of my request swiftly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a property invester based in Melbourne, i bought two condominium in Kuala Lumpur and it was my first time contacting the crafters for a make over.
Lockdown restriction and travel ban has been almost impossible for me to manage my property on shore. I chose to trust and gave the crafters full control of the make over of my property and the result has been nothing less than exceptional from service to execution. I even got praise from my tenant on how comfortable the property is to stay in.
I'm relieved to have met the crafters and my consultant Vonchee throughout the service. She's extremely friendly and responsible. Meeting all my requests no matter how small it was.
Thanks for meeting my expectation and fulfilling my tenants. Would definitely work with them again in the future if the opportunity arise.
