★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unwelcoming. Stepped in to the shop, saw a frowning lady doing her stuff. Walked around the shop for 5 minutes (the only customer), no one attends to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A random chance of encounter at a teh tarik session lead to a great lifetime adventure. John asked me why don't I dive? I tried, previously i didn't have a good experience with the DSD course in perhentian island and i decided not to go for it.
I am afraid of water, darkness and height. And i cannot swim ?. I am so glad that i have John as my instructor. He helped me overcome my fears all at once in one dive trip to sipadan, and he turned a thalassophobia to thalassophile.
If you have fear, is ok. Having a good instructor will help you overcome your fear. Scuba diving is very safe and can be very addictive. Go find Brent John Baustista from Deblue corner to teach you if you are afraid of water like me.
Thank you Larry and team for organising such a fun trip to Mabul-Sipadan island. You guys did a great job. Looking forward to dive with you guys soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two staff that I met there are courteous and helpful. Went there on a Monday and there was no one apart from us. Managed to try on many masks to find a good fit, so are the fins. They carry brands like scubapro, seac, aqualung and Gull. They also provide servicing for regs and equipments. The shop is very spacious and organised as compared to other dive shops.
