β β β β β Not recommended. I ordered a mix vanilla bouquet (with sunflowers in the middle) 2 weeks in advance before my sister's graduation day but it was ruined a day before the event. The florist claimed she put the bouquet in the fridge and one of the petals fell off when she took it out from the fridge. I was mad because first, i've paid for the deposit. I've paid more than the actual price of the bouquet because of the sunflowers. Second, she forced and expected me to understand the fragility of the flowers because other customers could understand it.
As a florist, she should've kept some spare flowers in case things like this happen. The way she said it as if it happened before and she probably didn't learn from her previous mistake and expect customers to choose whatever flowers she still has. Sunflowers are quite rare here and she asked me to choose common roses by force. Plus, the roses she replaced weren't the freshed ones. There are bruises here and there. She needs to improve on her skills as a florist (as she's still new and opened a shop a year ago in 2020) and do thorough research on flowers if she wishes to keep her business alive. This business is owned by a malay lady.
