Aircond installer named Chin is never on time, doesn't care about customer belongings and timings, he did not install the aircond properly as he was doing work in a rush (because he was late). Now, the aircond is leaking. We called HLK to send someone to fix it, but they say only Chin can do it and other installer are not allowed to. This is ridiculous, so it means the customer needs to wait for Chin who is never on time and doesn't care about customer's timings because HLK won't send other installer to fix the issue. The least you could do is mention this before you sell your product, so that people can make a conscious decision whether to buy from you or not. We will definitely not buy from here anymore, such a disappointment.

1) payment systems out of date, took an additional 30 minutes just to pay
2) was promised a washing machine model with delicates function.. told by sales person theres a bigger size (10kg vs 9kg). Upgraded with 5 year extende warranty. took it.. wrong model came.. thought it was just cosmetic difference..turns out its a lower model
3) prompted HLK for replacement just 3 days after receive machine.. not accepted due to machine having been used .. however this was clearly due to mistakes in what was promised.. even Lazada has better returns policy..
Avoid at all costs

Prices here are affordable and pretty good range of brand and choices to choose from. Have been buying electrical appliances here for a few years already and has been satisfied with their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I had buying an electrical appliance. The staff gave me a wrong model, then asked me for a "gentleman deal" to pay the balance. Said that I could come any time, then kept on harassing me via WhatsApp to pay the balance, at one point even shouting at me when I called and expressed my displeasure at being harassed for something that was clearly their mistake. Never never never come to this place. Any other place is better than this. Again I stress, just go further and do not think it's more convenient to come here because due to the harassing attitude of their staff, it is not. This is the Denai Alam branch.
