★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لايوجد فيه شيئ يهم المستهلك سوئ الجاينت او بعض محال بيع الهواتف النقاله بختصار لايلبي حاجة العائله مثل المولات الاخرى.
وهوا ايضأ سيئ السمعه بالنسبه للمستثمر لان ادارة المول في أيدي من هم لايمتلكون الخبره ولايحسنون التعامل ولايعملون لجدب المستثمر بل على العكس يعاملون المستثمر بجلافه وقسوه ويمارسو عليه كل الضغوط اذا عجز عن دفع إيجار مثلأ وذلك حتى يغلقوا المحل ويستولو على مافيه بذلأ من الإيجار وهم يعلموا ان محتويات المحل تزيد عن الإيجار ولاكن في اعتقادي ان مايفعلوه هوا من سياسة المول.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The design of apartment not good, doesn't have more trees the service look like zero dirty place the utility depends on owner and owners don't care for their renters like cooking utensils living room many things renters should buy it. The good thing is the rent is cheap and supermarkets closed.
