★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security guards are supposed to call the owners to confirm their guest names. Unfortunately the guards are not doing their job. Thet allow strangers. It says gated and guarded but it's definitely not guarded well. Most of the units are rented out and not well kept. Too many crows carrying ones rubbish and drop it into another place. All complaints to the township regarding the safety and the cleanliness fell on deaf ears.
