★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst condo management. On 28 May 2022 whole block for A1 blackout due to some electrical part faulty. Then they dragging this issue and residents staying without electricity for 3 days. Only on the 4th day, they loan generator from TNB which is they should done it on 2nd day. Totally unacceptable since electricity one of the most important basic needs. Slow and very bad action decision, the top management also never come down to explain the issue clearly. They only let admin management and security to give explanation about this matter, totally nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 1 night, and it’s clean and spacious with 3 rooms. It’s within walking distance from CIQ (650m), with covered walkway. Very convenient and will definitely stay here again for short trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New shopping mall in JB. Huge parking space and lots of parking lot. There is homestay above the mall. Lots of eatery in the mall. Jaya grocer ... so convinient to get some groceries. Singapore checkpoint is just few mins walk from the buiding. So convinient to stay here if you consider to travel to Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is AMAZING!! Its just adjacent to R&F mall. a lot of parking space. Can take a stroll along the marina, peaceful overlooking Singapore. Can see the peaceful water, green green park. There is also a opera house although not not used but gotta say, design is good! This was in the evening at about 7 pm. Overlooking the Causeway & Singapore Woodlanda custom checkpoint. its very quite there! Plus there is a Chinese steamboat restaurant just below the opera house.
Peaceful & zen! Its reall my jy beautiful !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phase 1 Occupancy 30~40%. 1 bedroom selling around 500+ Sqft - RM$500k (Rental RM$1,600) and 870sqft 2 bedroom top floor listing at $750-850K (Rental RM$2,000) from developer and resale market. Maintenance is at 4-5/10 at best. Biggest pain - water heater tank installed next to your shower head. The price is decent for the location but don't expect appreciation. Also, phase 2 is coming.
