★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management of the primary school was good, but the management of the secondary school was very bad. My child was abused by a classmate, and I complained for many times but could not get the solution. The principal of the secondary school was arrogant and the teacher did not deal with the abuse, so I had to leave the school.
A school that treats bullying like this, where my child can't stand the abuse, where the physical and mental health of the child can't be guaranteed, is very disappointing to me.
The person in charge of Secondary education is extremely irresponsible. Although my son was abused by classmates in Chinese, I have complained for many times. Why do you ignore the abuse? How much harm have you done to my son by allowing bullying? Terrible thing. In the process of solving the incident, the Secondary teacher actually said that boys would face these problems and learn to be strong. Let's tolerate it without punishing abusive students. The way you deal with it will result in this person constantly bullying weaker students. You are not educating, you are nurturing criminals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has been going to ISP for the last 4 years. The school has been amazing. As soon as you enter the building you feel a sense of safety and positivity. I can't speak more highly about all of his teachers, they are all well trained and amazing. The Heads of Schools have made us feel welcome and have taken time to make sure our son would have a smooth time at school. The facilities are great and the school is well maintained. In all honestly, we have been to many other international schools around the world and ISP is one of our favourites. It is a welcoming and caring place, full of light and positivity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initiated admission process with the school. Based on my experience so far the admissions team is focused on money money money! We've had a few exchanges with them and ended up paying the application fee of RM 1,500 per child which we regretted.
Made another observation. In addition to the normal deposit their Registration fees (non-refundable) of RM 20,000 per child is higher than most other International Schools in Kuala Lumpur. Perhaps the strategy is to cash in by charging hefty registration fees and making their tuition fee look more competitive and reasonable. After dealing with a number of schools this school completely put us off! Expecting their priorities wont change after admission!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy our son is a student at this school. A lot of things has definitely changed for the better since new Head of Primary. The school has always smiling super supportive and helpful staff and to be honest I don’t know how they manage to do such a good job every single time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just like every school, it has its pros and cons. this school is a very nice school, the view, the classes, the food is good, very fun, little homework and barely any stress but some teachers are a little racist and are a bit more biased towards the 'white' people. I love this school a lot. yr 5 residential camp was AMAZING very fun and entertaining. Place was awesome. overall a good school if you have quite a bit of money. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a student who studied in ISP for 7 years, I want to let you know that this school does not deserve outstanding honors. I thought it would give me more better equipments and good teachers support, but this gave me a big mistakes. Firstly, although most of the teachers here have high diploma level, but their teaching ability are not very ideal. Compared with teachers, I think they are more like office workers, because they have to manage all the students from ks3 to alevel alone, so it is impossible to use their extra time to help students if they need help. And they keep having meetings with their bosses and parents to tell the school they think they care about their students but they don't. I think the school should get more teachers to not manage all the students alone. Also, they will unconcerned people with bad grades, quiet, or someone who can't speak English perfectly. Because every time I see the teachers don't talk to them and they just talk to the experts. And when they need help, they may help you perfunctorily at first, and then pretend nothing happened after a few days. I used to see someone crying in the toilet and said the teacher never cared about him seriously and the school was very cold mentally. I hope that teachers can treat all students fairly because their parents have spent a lot of tuition fees to hope that their children can have a better learning environment instead of becoming teachers' pets. Instead of giving yourself credit for spreading fake happiness all the time on social media, I hope teachers can allocate their time to manage their students properly. Thank you so much.
