★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with Knowledge Tree especially how they managed during the MCO period.
1) very strict check in with proper sop to sanitize before entering
2) they have options for online classes (photo attached) for those who opted to stay at home
3) they have an app for us to update us on our kids progress with videos and photos. From the picture they adhered to strict sop of mask, face shield and proper social distancing
4) on top of that my kid really enjoyed her classes and come home showing some new skills (be it drawing, reading, writing etc).
I feel my kid is safe while attending this nursery and can also see her development. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really disappointing with the school. As my 3y 11months son was expelled by school for being energetic/and slow learning.
School didn’t talk over/feedback to us personally his situation at school before it.
School didn’t informed us before calling 3rd party to observed my son at school,no parents’s consent,it was totally inappropriate.
School consistently failed to give us a report that we raised.
Truly disappointing with the school. Expensive and poor value for the money.(We paid for monthly school fee +day care was Rm2300)
We feel that school didn’t do their responsibility to work with us to put my son in order,only put blame on him.
And did very wrong procedure before expelled my son,which is very unfair for a kid just for 3-4years old.
