★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This can easily be the most expensive tree in the world. The reason, because of its old age, rarity and protected status, the Menara had to be built further away from it (maybe the tree refused to move) and that changed the original plan, caused builders some extra headache and cost developers some serious money.
The Nanas echo forest and this tree is a fine example of conservation that shows that you don't have to wipe out the forests to give way for modern development. And it is possible to build something without harming the nature because we are not the ones that reclaiming our land, the nature was here first.
