N	Nurin Qaisara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely “back to nature” resort that’s surrounded by tall trees. It’s definitely what i needed to escape from reality. I especially like the private pool to swim whenever i want. The breakfast however, was not up to par. My family and I were the only ones when we went for breakfast yet they took almost an hour to prepare our food and some of our orders got mixed up. Nevertheless, everything else was fine and i enjoyed my 4N5D stay with my family.

So, so much to improve ie: cleanliness, room service, pest control (whole load of lizards & cockroaches found in the villa), breakfast food was so bad. Understand that it is “embraced by land & sea”, but please also ensure that you genuinely care about your guest’s comfort. I signed up for the tranquility of this place. I did not sign up for 10-20 lizards crawling in my room when I try to relax. Had a horrifying experience staying here. Checked out one day earlier & never coming back.

The main pool is filled with algae, the shower tap on the main pool was broken down. Breakfast is like a 3 star hotel setting. Nothing special. The family villa was old and not refurbished. Please do not be deceived by the pics from website or agoda
E	Eric Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at the start of a rainstorm (not normal during March) which progressed throughout our entire stay. Pros: 1. Space is nice 2. Private pool 3. Access to beach Cons: 1. The staff here are very friendly and nice but are incredibly inefficient. We had our meals planned during our stay, but it always arrived 1-2 hours later than promised. The package we bought included breakfast in the villa which was supposed to be delivered at 8.30am but only arrived at 10am after multiple chasers, and we were asked to walk over to the main building when it was pouring heavily. It was still raining very heavily at this point, and we had no umbrellas or shuttle service. 2. Unreliable buggy service Due to the rain, we needed a buggy to shuttle us to the main building for our meals. However, it would take close to an hour of waiting for a buggy to arrive throwing us off schedule. 3. For a 5 star resort, the food could be improved. Overall: Eventhough we arrived during a rainstorm it wouldn't be terrible if our planned meals were prompt... as we were left waiting for many hours for a meal that might not arrive. Even when we did call, the staff couldn't provide us a definite answer. This completely ruined our experience because we were left starving for a majority of our stay as we couldn't get a shuttle service to get anywhere.
P	Phan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing stay over the weekdays. The staffs kept feeding me throughout the 4D3N. Had a very pleasant and cordial experience with the staffs. My room was tidied daily without a hitch, no loss of my La Mer facial cleanser whatsoever. Oil massage was transcending.
B	Billy Hong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is fine for villa beach front. Private pool is very dirty, not suitable to swim. Just for photo. Booked in package. Massage is OK. Food is suck no matter breakfast or dinner, if send to room you gotta wait for 1 and half hour. Ordered coffee have to remind waiter else other may taken your coffee, waiter don't monitor who came to order first. Candle light dinner not windy and long waiting for main course. Only visit once and won't go back again.
P	Prabakaran Muniandy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very nice and uniquely constructed. Staff is their asset actually. Fantastic Malaysian Hospitality by the local people. The only downside is their food. Please improve the taste or reduce the price. RM 23 for a bland fried rice is very bad on us. If there is any activity around the place could be a plus point. Lounge is closed and as per the Manager information, They not serving alcohols anymore
A	A R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the spacious room of the villa and the pool. The downside is from the start we arrived, my family had to wait in the car while waiting for me to register at the pavilion. After registering, all of us had to wait in the car almost 40minutes before the buggy came to bring us all to our villa. Apparently only 1 buggy was working and the other 2 buggy not working. Not what I expect for the price that I'm paying for. Breakfast was average and we had to wait for quite sometime (30-45 minutes) before our food were served. On top of that, there was missing orders due to the incorrect order made by staff. Dedi who was the manager was very apologetic and attentive. Main toilet upstairs were spacious but there was cobwebs and spiders. Also when I requested for housekeeping room makeup around 12 noon, only after 4 hours they came to clean the room (and that is after I called 3 times requesting for it). That is unacceptable. I really hope your Housekeeping department will look into this matter. Love the place but its not up to expectation and not worth the money that I spend for the service.
