★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Link 2 Residences are very nice. Nestled right at the doorstep of Bukit Jalil Golf Resort, you feel you are on holidays all the time. What more, if you like jogging day or evening, you can walk 500 metres to Bukit Jalil Recreational Park. Better air quality than congested and noisy KL city. Only 30 mins or less by cars to KLCC, Sunway Pyramid and other significant areas of interest.
You will find 2 big universities, IMU and APU here. Bukit Jalil stadium need no introduction. There's also commercial activities as many big companies like Astro is situated at Bukit Jalil Techno Park.
Downstairs at Link 2 shops, there's trendy restaurants, cafes, pub, clinics, bakeries, beauty saloon to entertain your needs.
Many have visited these places as you can see the cars parking along the side roads, showing significant interest. But staying here is like airbnb resort living without having to pay that high price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even 1 star for the developer. Anyone that want to buy Berjaya property, please visit this place and rethink.
1) Poor workmanship
2) So many inter-floor leakage
3) Bad quality / reduced material slab concrete (you can hear simple footstep from above)
4) Few decorative exterior architecture not build (actual building different from show unit model)
5) Simple facilities, high maintenance charge
This building quality is similar to RumahWip. No where near luxury condo portrait by the developer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workmanship of this development is awful, there are more potholes (specially at the commercial area) than on malaysian roads, grade D standard build quality, water damages trough out the whole development, open wiring, flickering lights, aircon compressors right next to playground...congestion in front of the building at every time of the day make it very unpleasant, traffic is awful.
Waste of money for people buying to own, for investors okay, but due to the endless overhang i doubt there will be much money to be made...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short Stay A while Here. You Can Enjoy Greenly Golf View .Here got Swiming pool A Quite Upper Standard Gym Room, Game Room, And huge Study Room that allow huge group of ppl chill there. Last You Are Easily Find Food at Ground Floor : mamak , Cafe Mokka, Japan Restaurant , Burger Shop, Cheese Restaurant , Car, Small Cafe, taiwan chinese food, and alot more trendy cafe on shop lot tat side. not too far just right at below condo. after eat i suggest you must have a visit to the recreation park that across the road. very surprise with variety garden theme in the park. Next year when Pavilion bukit jalil is ready , across the park n u can easily enter to the huge pavilion mall. Thanks for read.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Broken road surface with deep holes in the Link 2 puts Bukit Jalil neighbourhood to shame, wonder how standard height sedan cars pass through without getting damage
2. Carpark management guys waiting outside are no different than hooligans, i drove over to pickup food order from Saycheese cafe, barely stopped car 1min at curb side waiting for cafe staff to bring the order to my car, those hooligans came up wanting to issue me a parking ticket no kidding me, unbelievable. Since when curb side is a car park space and since when cars cannot stop at curb side?! Shocker!! Even a carpark with official ticket entry will give one free entry time allowance.
Blacklisting this place for good, exercising my rights as consumer and voice of customer. Goodbye to Saycheese cafe, for goodness sake please move to other shop lot area la

However the maintenance is terrible, most of the tiles were break.
