★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited a very very long time for my French crab. And took a very long time to eat too. The fried mantous were good. Crab was like not too fresh. Overall ok as they have menu items not available in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fishy Chicky Bang Bang was DELICIOUS!
However the fries were stale, rice wasn't so hot, the sunny side up was practically PLASTIC. Service was average even when restaurant only has 1 or 2 table of customers. Would probably come again in future to try other menus but wouldn't recommend it to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lousy system they have.. after 30mins waiting for the order to arrive.. they said system get slow if too many customers dine in..what a dumb excuse..they didn’t bother to ask the customer.. i only asked once seeing other table coming after us gets the meal first..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my food thru Grab food. After couple of minutes, the food arrived. Open to a disappointed.
1. All my side dish was mixed up in both the boxes, like not interested to serve food.
2. The food was so dreadful. It's blend. Wasn't seasoned correctly.
3. The potato chips was overcooked and microwaved, it was bitter.
4. The food wasn't fresh. It's frozen, the calamari and shrimps was so chewy.
5. The oil was pretty smelly. Wonder when they last changed the fryer oil.
In conclusion, MCO or No MCO. I wouldn't recommend to have a good meal here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid this restaurant if you need make reservation. The worst experience we ever had today when we did reservation 5 days earlier and to be told off rudely that they cancelled our reservation today eventhough we were there 15 mins earlier. No explanation was given and the crew was so rude.
Please close your restaurant if you can't handle a simple pre booking!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely leave a review but I think this store deserves it. We always came in during lunch peak hour and the staffs always remind us that our food may be late. The gestures are good so we won’t expect our food to be ready soon but we didn’t really wait that long. So bravo Aeon Tebrau’s crew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So last night was my first time went to this branch to have my dinner with my husband. I ordered NOGORI DUO 2P and when the food arrived, first i received broken glass. But they changed for me. So it was not a problem. Then the chips was cold and soggy. Can't even chew because too soggy. I called the waitress and let them know. One of the waitress ask us to put blackpepper on it then it will be ok. I was like ????. Then they just stood there. So my husband asked them now what. Is there anything you can do to fix this? Then the same Malay waitress said will go check if they have new batch. Fyi, the rice was cold too. But i didnt complain about it. Only the fish is hot and freshly cooked. So after 30 minutes, no feedback/new chips for us so we straight go to cashier and pay. Once again, we let the cashier know the situation. The same waitress walked pass through us and show her dont care face. When the cashier ask her about our chips she said "nak ke?" with rude tone. We said we dont want to wait anymore so no need. We left straight away. We dont even finish our meal because not enjoyable at all. I just moved to JB and before this i always went to Wangsa Walk and Melawati Mall branch where the food was really good. The service and vibe very cozy and great. Here, the service and staff very kampung and rude. Their face expression, voice tone and body language were not professional at all. I didnt ask to serve us like a king but they can just being nice to customer. Before this we had great time in Tony Romas just next to MFM in Aeon Tebrau. So, it was a really horrible experience and will never come back.
