★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is bad. No smile. They just put down food and go. Not appreciative of customer. My table is not clean too. When pay, not single thank you. If they don't like to work , it is better for staff to stay at home. I can see the a better staff attitude at i central shop. A better dining experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30 minutes in queue. Were told that a party of 3 can't be seated at a 2 joined tables which would seat 4 people under non MCO circumstances citing SOP reasons. Had to let the parties of 2 behind be seated before us. All this happened while we watched families of 4-6 with litters of children crowding and scrambling over their food at tables meant for 2-3 people. In the meantime, a couple was occupying a table for 3 next to a table for 2 yet the staff couldn't move the furniture to accommodate us. Then, I watched as the family of 5 whom we had let pass us take their chair. Interestingly enough, everyone in the shop and queue was Malay except us. Now I have no problem with people who are Malay, but it seems like you have a problem with people who aren't. So, Boat Noodle Setia City Mall, are your staff racist or are they incompetent?

Came before 8pm and many items on the menu were already out, even the rice noodle. They only had the springy noodles, which is actually just Maggi.
Noodles - Personally thought Pathumthani was better than Ayutthaya. But both were not good to be frank. And to charge over 2myr for that, for one mouth of noodles, definitely overpriced if u ask me. I'd be more willing to pay if it tasted good.
Ayam Legend - This is really bad. Do avoid at all costs.
Kra Pow Chicken Rice - Diluted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should be 5 star but giving one star less because I feel like the staffs here are always exhausted. Too exhausted to smile even it is 11am. Always here whenever we wanna have a quick bite and slightly hungry. Some of the staff are friendly but some are not. The food is nice and for some reason, this place is always packed with customers. Hence why the staff look exhausted. Customers also have to be courteous, don't spend way too much time dining during covid time. Give chance to other people to dine as well. Thank you.
