Cons ๏ผ check In office far deep inside, hard to travel without own transport, outside road without lamp, no towel n toothbrush provided, sticky floor, living room without aircon and curtain, extremely hot at living room, whole apartment only one dustbin. Over price, living room without curtain. Not suitable for elder as this 3 floor apartment without lift...

โ โ โ โ โ A newly built housing area in Kampar. There is a swimming pool, gymnasium and badminton courts here for residents. The residents are mainly UTAR students. Overall, it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay for short vacation (HOMESTAY).

โ โ โ โ โ Came over for a wedding over the weekend. Here's a quick summary of the stay.
Pros : Parking Space, Comfortable Room, Large Swimming Pool, Good Security, Check Ins were relatively easy.
Cons : Didn't have a designated rubbish bin, pillows were awfully thin, there wasn't a large mirror to get dressed as we were here for a wedding.
Overall, a decent place to stay for families with a relatively affordable price.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice location, peace and quiet with nice facilities but the management needs to improve to put it politely. Got time clamp cars but don't have time to clean the pool. It seems that the management/owner is chasing after profits and neglecting tenants experience there. Both profit and tenant experience should go hand in hand for a win-win situation.
