★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope this place improves. As a bus terminal, it sucks! Four Times, Perak Transit has left early. The old bus terminal was fine, I didnt have issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ticket Counter staff got worse attitude, looks lazy. No staff to check the ticket for boarding and still scold at us not to board. You want all customers to just board without checking the tickets then what's the purpose of boarding counter?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service very bad. No fan no air conditioning feel like in side the Sahara. Toilet full with spider web plus no toilet paper. Very quiet place is not safe for females to travel alone in side and even out side of the building. Feel like died town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empty terminal and empty surroundings. Not safe during night time. Wonder how much taxpayers money used for this purpose. Amenities are totally not available in the terminal. Counters are empty.only 1 lady taking care the ticketing counter.
