★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of hidden cost!! From agreed of RM400 increased to RM1000! Just to move a few items!!
Before engaging their service, I have shown them all the photos, even listed down all the items that would be needed them to move. So they told me 1 ton lorry 2 manpower is enough for my moving, so at a deal of RM400 plus (included RM200 lousy 2 warping roll),l. I agreed on the service. When they come, the moved a few things, they told me the things is heavy 1 ton lorry is not enough. Need to increase to 3 ton and 3 manpowers! And asked to me pay for RM1000! After arguing, they said 2ton 3manpower and add on all the ridiculous charges! Heavy item fee of RM250?! What is this? Do I have to hire mover if the item is not heavy? Are your mover expecting to move few cups n plates only?
And they count every steps they took, and they charge you with it!! I have already told them I have different units but just beside each other. They didn’t charge me at first, but add on RM100 on that day of moving!!
Then loading and unloading fee of RM100! Don’t you have to do loading n unloading when you do moving?!
RM1000 just to move this few things from one block to the other block which is less than 1km distance. And actually they didn’t finish moving all the things required, as I not dare to ask them to move anymore as I might be charge even much more!!!!!

My booked slot was 10:30am but I received a call around 10:07am that the original slot could not be met because of a shortage of manpower. A request to reschedule to 2pm on the same day was suggested.
The shortage understandable as emergencies happen but the extremely late notice 20min before the original slot is not — would appreciate a heads up much earlier so I can cancel leave if needed and not spend my time waiting only to get stood up.
I had cancelled my morning meetings because I was prepared to take afternoon meetings. I would not have been able to accommodate a last min 2pm rescheduling: needing to wait for the moving at location A, driving to location B, wait for the moving at location B, then going into work — easily 2 hours that would've run over my afternoon commitments.
Credit to Daniel from the CS team for turning it around in minutes to inform me there was another customer cancellation freeing up manpower for my moving earlier instead. I had informed him to not bother rescheduling as I would rather cancel after having already started the work day already on my half day leave. I was already submitting another request to another mover at that point.
Policies or SLA to the customer should also encompass providing advance notice to inform us as soon as possible for any complications prior to the day of as moving is quite a big matter that often necessitates we take leave. If we had to cancel this session, I would probably have only been able to book time off in another 2 weeks.
Aside from the pain point above, the customer service members who spoke with me were consistently fast and responsive. The movers themselves are skilled, trained and professional, sorting out the moving and lifting of materials very quickly.
If the issue with last minute notices can be resolved and improved, then I would recommend the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, overall I think they did a good job despite being 3 hours late. I had everything packed and was left with 1 mini microwave and mini oven, ironing board, few potted plants. These weren't meant to go into the box. However, one of the movers packed them and considered that was "helping me to box them". They were just supposed to shrink wrap them. And they wanted to charge me extra. Anyways, upon arrival the microwave and oven box gave way and they almost fall out.
They were quite rough handling the furnitures as well and hit a few places, scratched up the wall a bit.
I just felt bad for them cause they were rushing from another job and couldn't have lunch. Company, please treat your workers right and arrange schedule accordingly. All in all, it was an ok experience. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted The Movers via WhatsApp about 1 week prior to my planned moving date. Read many good reviews about them and decided to give them a try for my first experience engaging a moving company for interstate moving (Selangor to Penang). WhatsApp admin was responsive with straight-to-the-point answers to my enquiries, and booking confirmation was done very smoothly. Movers contacted me promptly on the day itself, however they arrived about 1 hour late from the agreed booking time. Mr. Saravanan and his colleague (sorry as I did not get his name) were professional, quick and efficient in getting my things wrapped and loaded into the lorry - appreciate their hard work and effort as my flat had no lift and they had to walk up and down many times. Movers took about 6 hours to reach my home in Penang - some boxes were slightly dented even though it was clearly stated as fragile, and a standing shelf was also scratched a bit, however there were no serious damages and all my belongings arrived safely at the destination. Thank you to The Movers and will definitely recommend you to friends and family!

Patiently coordinated and offer a reasonable price without compromising the service. Thank you the team, Mr Raj & the band of the brothers, handled the item gently and neat. Wrapping well. Well manner. all things well pack and all in good condition, and installed well in new place. The owner also amazed their work. Also considering to hire their service in the near future.
Also recommended to my friend, pre-booked 2/11 with a confirmed quotation. Hopefully all things end well too. A advance thanks to you and your team.
PRO:
- Very fast and efficient in moving items. A strong team spirit.
- The movers are very strong to move super heavy items.
Things may consider to be improve:
- appointment at 2pm but arrived at 230pm. Maybe a tight schedule or traffic jam. Glad that the owner and security management didn't fuss over it. Hope you guys improve.
