β β β β β Lures you in with good service the first time and convince you to buy package. After buying, the service becomes terrible and will charge you for anything "extra". If you refuse to pay for extra, they will give you really cheap looking ugly nails and bad service.

β β β β β I came here for a eyebrow threading. Went in and specifically told the lady (I think sheβs Russian) not to thread too thinly, and before even listening to my concern and woes, she insisted that sheβs very skilled and knows what I wanted. I sat down on a bed with a piece of towel laid upon, I looked at the towel and it looked very dirty. I told myself, what the heck, itβs just an eyebrow threading session, how bad can it go? I was so wrong. After listening to her boasting about how great her skills were, and how she could thread any body parts, dissing the Indians for βthreading incorrectlyβ, and cautioning me never to go back to the Indians to do threading, for 10 minutes, she finally handed me the mirror and I got the biggest shock: my eyebrows were so thin I could nearly see them! I was in such horror I just walked out and left. As I was leaving, I said my eyebrows were too thin and I was about to cry, and she said, βIβm not going to worry because eyebrows will grow back and you will sure come back to meβ. OMG, sheβs so cocky for someone who just gave such a horrible eyebrow threading session! And I paid rm17 for it. If I went for my normal Indian threading parlour at Bangsar it would have only costed me rm10 and with a set of beautiful eyebrows. I will NEVER come back here again DESPITE what you said. Also, Iβll warning others to not come back. This was a horrible, horrible experience and I do not want anyone to experience the same.

β β β β β I went to do gel manicure and pedicure. I took the package from Fave. The gel menicure product is hopeless. Not even a month the gel menicure started peeling off. And for pedicure, the lady did not even scrub properly. I would suggest please check ur products properly.

β β β β β Itβs the worse manicure & pedicure I ever been. Pedicure was done less than 30 minutes for two person ?? plus my gel manicure starting peeling off within 2 days and he blamed my nails. I have been doing gel manicure for past year and it NEVER happen like this. I went back as he said he will redo but he touch up and my nail polish again started coming off the next day ?? worst ever !!!

β β β β β Nice ambience and nice work done. But way too costly in comparison of any top parlours out there. I did very little and the price I paid was high. Plz check and be careful. They charge for everything lil thing. Most places give oil rub for free and they even include that in their charges . I paid for a classic pedi and Mani,cost RM105,they charged for buffing cuz I didn't want any color RM 40 ,they charged for callues extra RM40 and RM25 for removing my gel color which was the only thing worth for . Seriously ,there are many better options out there. Lesson learnt.

β β β β β Went there to get eyebrow threading. The lady was so kind and very friendly. She was talking with me through the session which makes me feel the threading session less painful. She has also shaped my eyebrow correctly so that when the baby hair grows all will be just fine. I went out of the salon feeling REALLY GOOD with the most on fleek eyebrow ever (better than my previous beautician).

β β β β β i went there by buying fave voucher then they charge for removing gel rm 21 even my small fingers at leg also even my gel was not alot but still they charge me rm 21 each fingers rm 3. Then they dont have many colors for gel mani and then my gel manicure start peeling off after one week itself. When i asked for french nails they said it will cost rm 15 addition to my fave rm 68 voucher. Seriously i did my mani and pedi way many times already at other places but this is the worst place ever and i didnt see their skills in anything but just for charging extra they running a business. And all the glitter colors they will put additional rm 10 or rm 20 even its normal glitter color.

β β β β β I had my package here for Medicure and pedicure. The package is cheap and not limit to timeframe. I bought about 3-4 years ago for classic package. Now they offer cheap gel package. However, I'm not very keen to purchase more packages for mani/pedicure because I only did it once a year. You can request for any design that you like. It's CNY, so I check and show them for this nail design. The disadvantage is that they lack of staff.
