β β β β β Booking fee paid and after 2 weeks when we ask for utility bills as we need to sign Wi-Fi for the house, and suddenly they told us the owner wanted to rent higher price even though booking fee was paid 14 days before. Not able to help tenant at all and thanks for their not professional and not responsive service ? such a shame

β β β β β Dreadful company. Poorly trained sales negotiators who donβt understand contracts. After over a week of negotiations they changed an already agreed clause at the last minute without mentioning it. Continually refused to define what was a minor repair.
Refusing to give back the booking deposit we paid even though it was clearly stated at the time subject to signing of tenancy agreement.
Looking forward to seeing them in court.

β β β β β Extremely unprofessional. When they took our earnest deposit, the agent said if in the event of termination, will refund in 2 weeks. It's been more than 2 months now. Their agents didn't do their homework properly and we are suffering for it. Managed to contact the director of the company and he himself isn't much difference, which explains the attitude of their agents. Am going to report this company

β β β β β Please dont approach this company, its a scamm!! The agent name Michelle took our money but showed us dofferent unit frim the unit that we agreed prior. She took our deposit and now refuse to pay them back as she forfeit the tenancy agreement stated that the unit is clean when move in. Now its been a month and no refund. She refuse to answer our calls. We had to report her to police. Please stay away from this compnany and this agent.
I am so disappointed with this company. You shud hire professional and honest people!!
