★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jann Properties provided me with highly professional-level service. Especially, Felicia has done excellent work in helping to find a comfortable apartment that match with what I want. She was very punctual, professional, helpful, and go beyond the normal agent can offer. She made my moving in easy and helped me with a lot of things (I don't need to follow up) as she proactively checked and fixed everything. She is a good mediator between the tenant and the owner. Kudos to Felicia and keep up the good work and enthusiasm. Will highly recommend her to people out there.

My stresses were high as all my criteria needed to be met but she was really supportive and helped to arrange everything. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the residence of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Highly recommended!!!!!

The client service is on-point with timely and helpful input/response which greatly helped me in decision-making and planning. The move-in is smoothly completed especially that the commitment of renovation outcome and due date of the unit is kept. Most of my requests have been considered and handled accordingly as well.
