★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined in on a Monday evening, was fairly empty. Dont really need to make reservations.
Parking here is crazy expensive tho. Rm10 per entry, theres rly not much alternatives.
Foods standard, nothing to complain besides the service where i havent finished my appetisers and they brought my main course. Then crowding my table.
Pretty lack in attentiveness, once i finished my appetiser, they didnt bother to clear my dishes and left it crowding the table.
Oh bread is free but water isnt.

From honeydew with prawn cocktail turned into drowning salad with Honeydew and mini prawn
Mushrooms soup tasted like water + mushroom soup
Sirloin steak taste rubbery even though it is medium rare and very hard to cut through the steak (probably the steak was stored long time ago or wasn't stored properly)
The tiramisu was really depressing, it was served frozen and it doesn't taste anything like tiramisu
The services was okay but overall experience I felt cheated. I will never want to visit here ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make a booking for my wife’s birthday and they keep telling me to walk in. I wanted to make a booking as I’m having the cake to be delivered to them and so that they will not confused who sent the cake. Then they tell me no fridge and I said it’s ok then help me cancel the booking. The lady then just hang the phone instantly. I called at 5.10pm 11/6/2022. Bad service and really need proper training

I'm surprised that The Ship now do serve 2 vegetarian dishes. (Vegetarian Cutlet & Vegetarian Fried Rice)
Both taste consider okay, with such price I do expect the taste to be more extraordinary. Slightly disappointed with the taste of Vegetarian Cutlet, it's eating mashed flour with some vegetables together... Vegetarian Fried Rice consider not bad, taste good with good amount of portion.
Overall are still okay... If interested in Vegetarian Cutlet or Fried Rice, could give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered this but the actual turn out erm... Wasn't really appetizing hence didn't take picture of it ?.
The whole evening only 4-5 tables yet the service wasn't as expected. I had to call for my dessert twice only to have it served way soft and half melted. Sigh... Captain pls up the service level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though they have not enough man power but the speed of serving is not as bad as others saying. As usual, sizzling chicken fillet and cream of mushroom remain the same taste like 17 years ago when my 1st visit at Bukit Bintang branch.
