โ โ โ โ โ I ordered food from this restaurant yesterday and I had a huge dissapoinment.The food that I ordered was delivered late.Prawn masala and Palak paneer was drenched with oil. It felt like drinking oil more than anything else.The prawn masala was burnt and you can taste the awful taste when you are eating it .In addition it was not fresh at all.it was definitely old prawns.The most frustrating part was when I drank mango lassi.anyone who tries mango lassi from this restaurant would never again drink it for their lifetime. They didn't include real mango in it, it was just a little bit of artificial flavoured mango juice from the bottle mixed with water. More than lassi it taste like drinking water. The taste was really awful.basically it was mix of ( a little bit of artifical flavoured mango juice from the bottle+a lot of water+ no curd).are you trying to create your own version of lassi????? Mango lassi with no curd at all.The fish tikka masala that
I ordered tasted more like cauliflower.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered meal for two which consist of 2 rice and Chicken Tikka Masala.
Got the rice without the Chicken Tikka Masala.
Call the manager, he said will call back in 5 minutes.. he was blaming the grab rider. But the grab driver said he got only that.
Now the manager promised to send me the replacement. I am not sure he will send it or not. He is not picking up the call.
To order this just 2km away and to get involve with this problem, is last thing i want at the time of hungry.
Bad service. Avoid.
Brilliant reply from the owner below. If you don't get the order, why the phone number stated here is the one u reply me ? And offer to send the missing items. You're a joke.

โ โ โ โ โ It's been almost an hour waiting for food. Extremely upset and thinking of running out of this restaurant ? we only got the drinks and we are damn hungry. Hopefully the food is worth the wait.

It's on the top floor with a nice lake side view.
The cooking and waiting time is good enough for a small chat.
As I am a vegetarian...ordered veg biryani with mixed vegetable butter fry and the taste is awesome.

โ โ โ โ โ Tasty food but every time i order food it comes in very messy way. No proper packing and quantity is very less. Not even one person can have proper meal. Very disappointed n this will be my last order. One advice to the sultani management - please maintain proper hegine and improve the food packing part during this covid situation.
